Christoph Michels advises companies of all legal forms on business management and accounting issues.
In addition to national and international accounting, his areas of expertise include audits of annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB, IFRS and US-GAAP.
He also carries out due diligence audits and prepares expert opinions for company valuations, in particular in the context of inheritance and gift tax law.

Christoph Michels studied business administration at the Universities of Essen and Düsseldorf, specializing in corporate auditing, taxation and tax law.
During his seven years at Deloitte, he completed a Master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation at the Mannheim Business School.
After passing his auditing exam, he joined KSP in 2014.
Christoph Michels has been a partner at the company since 2017.
