Dr. Dirk Stübben studied business administration at the University of Cologne and subsequently gained professional experience in Switzerland in the field of operational controlling.
During his doctorate on the tax burden in Germany and Switzerland at the University of Cologne, he worked in traditional tax consulting and auditing for a medium-sized auditing firm before founding the firm together with Dr. Kieffer in 1987.

His main areas of advice are foreign tax matters, in particular in relation to Switzerland, recommendations on the appropriate legal form of the company, together with the necessary reorganization and restructuring measures, as well as tax and business management financing arrangements for medium-sized companies.
