Martin Tottmann advises both private individuals and companies of all legal forms on tax issues.
His areas of expertise include income and profit taxation as well as gift and inheritance tax issues.
He also advises on voluntary disclosures and tax procedural law.
As a certified executor (AGT), he advises on all matters relating to estates.

Martin Tottmann studied at the University of Applied Sciences for Finance in Nordkirchen.
He then completed a master’s degree in tax sciences at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster.
After three years at the Federal Central Tax Office, he worked at Flick Gocke Schaumburg in Bonn from 2010 to 2013.
There he advised on voluntary disclosure and criminal tax law.
He joined KSP in 2013.
Martin Tottmann has been a partner at the firm since 2017.
He is a part-time guest lecturer for tax procedural law at the Federal Finance Academy.
